Maria Annette Calma is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and is the CEO/Owner of RE/MAX Beyond. She has 26 years of work experience in the real estate sector. Her expertise and knowledge of the Philippine real estate industry covers the development and marketing of master-planned communities, commercial, mixed-use, residential subdivisions, condominiums, and residential homes ranging from the upper to low-income segments. She has the ability to identify opportunities for new property ventures and reduce investment risk. She can analyze housing demand, produce sales productivity tools and create marketing campaigns.
What she loves most about working in real estate is helping people during one of the most critical times in their lives. “Buying or selling property, regardless of the circumstances, can be traumatic, stressful, and challenging. Helping people make the right decisions and finding the right solutions at this time in their lives is something I find very rewarding”, she says. Her goal is to make the process of buying or selling a new property as straightforward and hassle-free as possible and to protect the best interests of her clients.
She began her real estate career in 1995 and quickly became renowned for her expertise in the various facets of real-estate and her high level of client service that goes beyond the conventional real estate standards. She grew up in Pampanga and is part of the Calma family who originated from Arayat. She is the niece of the legendary Architect Lor Calma, the founder of Lor Calma & Partners which is now headed by his son, the notable Architect Ed Calma.
Nora Ragadio is a licensed Real Estate Agent under RE/MAX Beyond holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce – Business Management and a recipient of several awards including President’s Club, Executive Club & Hall of Fame not to mention various letters of appreciation for her contributions to the community, corporate offices and in the Real Estate Industry.
She’s a professional, skilled & knowledgeable Realtor with International Educations, trainings & strategies in USA & Canada now imparting her expertise here in the Philippines.

Loved my passion as a Realtor, had helped and served a lot of my clients for their best interest above and beyond their expectations fulfilled their dream homes from starter to luxury homes, investment properties on commercial, residential, vacation properties, resorts, etc.
From the Corporate world, U.S. Naval Depot, Subic Bay, Philippines, Emirates Airlines, Dubai, UAE to Calgary International Airport, Canada joined Real Estate career under RE/MAX Canada in 2003 – June 2022 then joined RE/MAX Beyond Philippines June 28, 2022 to present which I’m happy working in my home land and marketing properties overseas at the same time.
